Our strategy seeks to deliver inflation linked target 5% p.a. dividend and total return in excess of 8 % p.a. ( assuming 2.5% RPI )¹ and in the period from Admission to 31 December 2018 delivered a total shareholder return of 11.1%.

ReSI has successfully built a portfolio of 2,500 homes and aims to grow this further by investing in affordable Shared Ownership, Local Authority Housing and Retirement



Investment grade
Investments will be limited to property portfolios where long-term matched investment grade equivalent debt funding can be agreed at acquisition

Strong counterparty
covenants
Strong counterparty covenants-larger Housing Associations, Local Authorities, leading private operators or shared equity tenants

Long lease or freehold
Acquire modern properties on a predominantly freehold or long leasehold basis

Forward-funding
ReSI is targeting standing investments and forward fund opportunities

Management
Outsourced responsibility for operations and maintenance of properties with operators or tenants
